Try it in a Passionfruit Martini: shake 5 cl Passionfruit vodka with 2 cl vanilla syrup and 2 cl lime juice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with half a passionfruit. Serve with a shot of sparkling wine on the side — a modern classic with a bold twist.
