Precis VODKA SOUR COCKTAIL
VOILA! PRECIS' TAKE ON THIS CLASSIC COCKTAIL
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz (4cl) Precis Vodka
- 1 oz (3cl) Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz (2cl) sugar syrope
- 1/2 Egg white
How to make
- Pour ingredients into a shaker
- Shake without ice to get egg white foam
- Add ice to shaker and shake until cold
- Filter into glass
- Decorate with citron zest
