PRECIS AQUAVIT GRAV LAX
("Gravlax" Raw Spiced Salmon)

Ingredients for the Lax
- 5 oz (1.5dl) sugar
- 4 oz (1.25dl) salt
- 2/3 oz (2cl) ground pepper
- 5 oz (1.5dl) dill
- 750 ML Precis Aquavit
How to make the Lax
- Marinate for at least 24 hours
Ingredients for the sauce
- 7 oz (1.75dl) mustard
- 5-7 oz (1.5-1.75dl) sugar
- 2 oz (6cl) vinegar
- 5 oz (1.5dl) cooking oil
- 1 oz (3cl) dill
How to make the sauce
- Mix mustard, sugar and vinegar.
- Pour the oil slowly into the mixture while stirring.
